How To Heat Up

No Defrost Required 

A. Boil (Recommended) 

1. Remove the label

2. Boil some water in a pot. 

3. Turn off the stove, once its boiling

4. Submerge the bag(s) into boiling water for 12 minutes with lid on.


*Please ensure that the item has been heated up thoroughly before consumption

Defrost Required

A. Microwave 

1. Once fully thawed 

2. Open the bag(s) and place the food onto a plate. 

3. On Medium to High heat, set for 2-3 minutes.


*Please ensure that the item has been heated up thoroughly before consumption


B. Pan Sear (For Meat)

1. Once fully thawed  

2. Heat the pan on medium to high heat. 

3. Sear the meat : 

​i. ​2 -3 mins each side for Pork Chops 

​ii. ​1 - 2 mins each side for White Fish 

​iii. ​1 - 2 mins for Salmon 


*Please ensure that the item has been heated up thoroughly before consumption

C. Air Fryer

1. Once fully thawed 

2. Remove the meat from the bag

3. Place the meat into the air fryer 

​i. ​180 Degree C, 3 - 5 mins for Salmon, White Fish, Pork Chop

​ii.  ​200 Degree C , 3-5 mins for Beef.


*Please ensure that the item has been heated up thoroughly before consumption

D. Oven

1. Once fully thawed 

2. Remove the meat from the bag

3. Place the meat into the oven

​​i. ​180 Degree C, 3 - 5 mins for Salmon, White Fish, Pork Chop

​ii.  ​200 Degree C , 3-5 mins for Beef.

How To Thaw

Chiller 

Shift Into Chiller 

Place the bag(s) into the chiller the night before to thaw. 

Microwave / Oven

Microwave 

Place into the microwave with the defrost function 

Oven

 Place into the oven with the defrost function
