DELIVERY SLOTS
You must choose a delivery slot at the Add to Cart page before you checkout. Please note that you will not be able to checkout without selecting a delivery slot.
Deliveries are not available on Saturdays that fall on Public Holidays.
Delivery Timing : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
ORDER CUT- OFF
Order cut- off will be 2 Days before your chosen delivery slot. Thanks for your kind understanding!
DELIVERY NOTE
Please make sure someone is home to receive the order on the selected delivery slot day as the item(s) would need to go into the freezer as soon as you receive them.
DELIVERY FEES
We offer a standard flat delivery fee of $8.
Don’t miss our special offer — orders over $75 qualify for free shipping (excluding delivery fee).
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders will be delivered according to the selected time slot only. We cannot fulfill specific timing requests (e.g., before or at 3 PM), as deliveries are managed by our trusted delivery partner.

As our product(s) are temperature and time-sensitive, failed delivery due to the customer's absence (i.e: no one available to receive the order), the product(s) cannot be returned, and will have to be discarded. In such cases, we are unable to redeliver or provide a refund.
Please note that cancellation of orders after delivery failure due to customer's absence will not be permitted as well.
