You must choose your delivery date and time slot at the Add to Cart page before you checkout. Please note that you will not be able to checkout without selecting a delivery date and time slot.
Please note that at least 2 working day of lead time is required.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure someone is home to receive the order during the selected date and time slot as the meals would need to go into the freezer as soon as you receive them.

Our delivery fees are tiered based on order amounts.
The more you order, the less you pay for delivery fees!

DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Customers will have to adhere to our delivery schedule.
We are not able to fulfill specific time request of delivery (e.g : delivery before 3pm or at 3pm) and will only deliver the order as stated in the respective time slot chosen.
DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO CUSTOMER'S ABSENCE
If delivery fails due to the customer's absence (i.e: nobody was around to collect the item(s) when delivery has arrived), customers will have to pay ShallWeSG a fee before they can arrange for another delivery date.
Please note that cancellation of orders after delivery failure due to customer's absence will not be permitted.
Order of perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
