What are your operating hours?

Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm. 

Excluding Public Holiday  

Are the products frozen?

Yes. Our products has to be kept in the freezer (-18°C).

How long can I keep the meals in the freezer?

Our meals are vacuum sealed and kept in the freezer. 

They can last in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Is it safe to place the meal with the packaging into a pot of boiling water?

Yes Definitely ! We use food grade, & BPA-free vacuum sealed bags.  

They are boil-safe, microwave friendly, & freezer friendly.

How does vacuum sealing helps?

Vacuum sealing takes out the air from the bag to create an airtight condition. 

It takes out the oxygen that prevent bacteria from growing. 

Hence help our meal to last longer and stay fresh

Is it necessary for someone to be present at the delivery location?

Yes. Please ensure that there is someone available at the chosen delivery location during the delivery time slot to receive the meals. 

As the meals has to be kept frozen upon receiving.

Is self pickup or self collection available?

We regret to inform you that the self collection service is temporarily unavailable due to shortage of manpower. 

What are your recommendations?

We would recommend our Signature Kabayaki Pork Chop, it's a must try ! 

All Time Favorite ! Would we love to pair it with Quinoa and Corn Salsa.
